IT-8 Infrared thermometer provides the advantages of infrared temperature measurement in a powerful, compact, integrated sensor. It measures target temperatures ranging from 200ºC to 3000ºC with four models. The unit's onboard electronics are protected by an aluminium housing, allowing the sensor to function in ambient temperatures to 60ºC without cooling.
LED display provides a convenient on-line indicator of the thermometer's operating status. The sensor features coaxial laser sighting. The optical resolution is 300:1 and the smallest spot size is 2mm. Standard features include adjustable emissivity which is 0.10 to 1.00 in 0.01 increments.
IT-8 infrared thermometer can be equipped with a compact, value-priced monitor that configures the functions via the front panel. It also includes optional bidirectional RS485 serial communications between the thermometer on the factory floor and a personal computer in the control room. This enables remote setup, monitoring and maintenance, especially valuable for installation in hard-to-reach locations.
IT-8 infrared thermometer is designed for forging, heat treating, smelting, wire mills, tubes and pipes, and so on.
