A: Since tetrahydrofuran is liquid and flammable and explosive, we cannot provide samples directly through express delivery

A: Our minimum order quantity is 24 tons.

A: Most customers like products in stock, so we try to keep most of our products in stock.
Q: When do you expect delivery?
A: It depends on the quantity of the order. Generally speaking, samples can be delivered to the port 7 working days after payment; For large orders, delivery will take place within 7-15 working days after receipt of payment.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: It is highly recommended that you make a wire transfer in advance. It is also possible to pay 30% deposit before production, and 70% of the final payment is paid after loading.
Q: What documents can you provide?
A: Usually we provide commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, insurance, analysis sheet and certificate of origin. If your market has any special requirements, please let us know.
Q: How do you handle quality complaints?
A: Our quality control will reduce quality problems to almost zero. If there is really a product quality problem, we are willing to make the corresponding compensation according to the certification materials.
