A:Thermal paper, art paper, synthetic paper, thermal synthetic paper, PET film. All sizes of label roll, boarding pass, Airport Luggage Tag,Jewelry Tag, clothing hangtag etc. We produce raw materials so we can control the highest quality and reasonable price of finished rolls.
Q2: Are you a factory or trading company?
A1: We are a factory, so we have price advantage than trading company.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A4: Sample needs 2-3 days, mass production needs 1-2 weeks.
Q4:How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: For all goods finished, there will be 100% inspect check the goods before package, and will double verify before ship from factory.
Q5:Do you have MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is 100 rolls,also accepted trial order.
Q6: What info I need to provide if I want to get the price?
A:Product material, size, color, order Qty, porduct used enviroment, trend terms(FOB or CIF or Ex-work), destination port.and other special requirments.

A:30% T/T advanced,balance before shipment.
Q8:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx ,TNT etc. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q9: Can you do design for me?
A2: According to your requirement, we can add your company logo, website, phone number or your ideas on paper roll, label roll or packing carton. Our professional designer can make design for you.
Q10: Can I have a sample order for paper roll or label roll?
A3: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, mixed samples are acceptable.
