Product Introduction:
TORQUE ROD AXLE ROD have a versatile role in truck and trailer suspension. It controls the drivetrain Angle of the vehicle, inhibits axle housing rotation during acceleration and braking, positions and maintains alignment of the shaft, and absorbs tilting and Corning forces. ZIHUI Torque Rod provides transverse support for the suspension. They also provide greater stability and rolling stiffness, as well as keeping the shaft center transverse and controlling the shaft out of the rear suspension. ZIHUI's truck torque rods have longer life, lower cost per mile for bushings, are easier to install and do not require maintenance or grease. Rotary bushings in our torque rod make installation easy and they automatically zero the ride height. ZIHUI's bushings are chemically resistant to pollution such as road salts, grease, oils, acid cleaning solvents, hydraulic fluids and diesel fuels. All ZIHUI torque and transverse rod ratings of 52K and below utilize the ZIHUI rod design. ZIHUI torque rods are lighter and more compact than conventional rods. The forged structure produces greater structural integrity, while the unique bonded bushings reduce friction and heat damage to ordinary bushings -- providing longer life and greater payload. ZIHUI torque rods are available in one or two piece configurations. Torque bar - The longitudinal torque bar helps maintain optimal drivetrain angles and absorbs shaft braking and drive torque. This ultimately reduces vibration and helps extend the life of the driveline components. Crossbar - Provides transverse support for the violet suspension, transferring the load directly to the frame rather than through the suspension. This provides greater stability and rolling stiffness, as well as keeping the shaft center transverse and controlling the shaft walking beam suspension.Quick Details
