Product Description
The viscose-based carbon fiber graphite felt is made by using viscose-based short fiber needled felt as the raw material and undergoing oxidation, low-temperature carbonization, high-temperature carbonization and graphitization treatments.
Due to the unique structure of viscose base, it has solved the problems that polyacrylonitrile graphite felt is prone to pulverization under continuous high temperature, has a rough surface and is prickly to the touch. Moreover, it has a relatively low thermal conductivity and a reasonable density, and also possesses good antioxidant properties.
In practical applications, it shows a good heat preservation effect. Compared with polyacrylonitrile graphite felt, its power saving rate reaches more than 15% and the service life of the material is greatly extended. The viscose-based carbon fiber graphite soft felt is produced by a continuous production line, and its continuous length can reach more than 100 meters. It has the characteristics of uniform density, uniform electrical conductivity, light weight, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
