  1. Introduction and Achieved Certificate

  This PTFE non-stick paint is double-layered, and has extraordinary characteristics of 

  non-stick and anti-corrosion, etc, complying to  GB ,  America FDA standard , Germany LFGB standard, EU ROHS 

 2. Technical Parameter:

  2.1 curing temperature and time:10min @380°C or 5min @400°C

  2.2 paint thickness: 8-10um prime, 12-17um finished paint, total film thickness of 25um

  2.3 Hardness: H-3H

  2.4 viscosity(Lwata No. 2 cup, 25°C): prime≥ 30 seconds, finished coating≥15 seconds.

  2.5 adhesive force: heat in boiled water for 15min, then use griding methods and cross ten times, check that the film does not peel off.

  2.6 salted water resistance: pour 5% salted water in the non-stick pan, then heat until boiling and last for 8hrs. Do it three times every 16hrs, no bubble appears.

  2.7 acid resistance: Put it into the non-stick pan, then heat until boiling, and let it boil for 15 min, then leave it for 40min, no bubble appears. 

  2.8 dry up: heat for 10 days @220°C, no powdering. (peak value should not exceed   260°C) 

  2.9 non-stick property: heat the non-stick pan to 23 240°C, then add the egg onto the Center of the pan, do not stir up and turn over. Wait until the egg turns white fully, then use the fork to peel off the whole fried egg from the side and bottom,the fried egg could peel off fully. 

  3. Storage and Use direction:

  3.1 water-based, prevent from freezing.

  3.2 stir thoroughly before applying.

4. Package: 20-35kgs/plastic drum.
