Hydraulic Angle and Plate Typing and Marking machine YZ-100
1. Application:
This equipment is mainly used for the typing process of angle steel and plate in the production of iron towers for power transmission and communication operations.
The equipment has an independent hydraulic power mechanism and electrical control system. The structure of hydraulic system is simple , easy to use and easy to maintain.
Remarks: If the thickness of the plate is less than 5mm, after typing the surface of plate will be warping , which will affect the flatness of the surface of plate.
3. Structure of machine:
The machine is consists of four parts: main machine, hydraulic station,
electrical box, lower seat.
Main machine: The body of machine is an open C-shaped structure, is it welded by steel plates and
treated with aging. A hydraulic power cylinder is installed on the top of the machine, the upper
pressure head is connected to the lower part of the oil cylinder, and is at the
lower part of the machine body installed a character box seat in which there is
character box with the letter head. Take out the word box and replace it.
Hydraulic station: It is consists of fuel tank, high pressure pump, cooler, control
valve, etc. The cooling water tank and water pump of hydraulic station are
provided by the user (the cooling water tank is larger in size and will not be
transported)
Electrical box: It is composed of air switch, AC contactor, relay, button, indicator
light and other electrical components.
Bottom seat: The main machine and hydraulic station are installed on it, so that
each components is connected as a whole machine. Also it is made to easy to
transport and install the machine.
