Product descriptionHPS is a white non-toxic rust resistant pigment, which is a new generation of non-toxic and pollution-free rust resistant pigments with excellent anti-corrosion effects. It can effectively replace traditional rust resistant pigments containing heavy metals such as lead and chromium, and is a new type of rust resistant pigment with ideal usage effects. The trivalent iron ion of Zinc phosphate has a strong condensation ability. This root ion of Zinc phosphate reacts with the iron anode to form a solid protective film with Iron(III) phosphate as the main body. This compact purification film is insoluble in water, has high hardness, excellent adhesion, and shows excellent antirust performance. Because the Zinc phosphate group has very good activity, it can react with many metal ions to form complexes, so it has a good antirust effect. Zinc phosphate does not contain lead and other heavy metals. It is non-toxic, pollution-free, and has no irritating effect on the skin. It has good thermal stability, good rust prevention, and strong rust resistance. It is used less in the coating and has low Unit cost.

Recommended Applications
Coatings prepared with HPS have excellent rust resistance and water resistance, and are used in various paint based coatings to prepare various water, acid, and corrosion resistant coatings.
For example, phenolic paint, epoxy paint, acrylic paint, high build paint, and water-soluble resin paint are widely used as anti rust paints in ships, automobiles, industrial machinery, light metal containers, household appliances, and food metal containers. Due to its white color, this pigment can be adjusted to match the topcoat as needed without any restrictions, thus simplifying the painting process. Recommend adding at a rate of 20-150 per thousand.
