Rebar is the common name of hot rolled ribbed steel bar. The grade of ordinary hot rolled steel bar consists of HRB and the minimum yield point of the grade. H, R and B are the first letters of Hotrolled, Ribbed and Bars respectively.
Hot rolled ribbed HRB400, HRB500 two grades.
1.Appearance quality
(1)Surface quality. The surface quality of the bar steel is stipulated in the relevant standards, requiring that the end should be cut flat and straight, the surface should not have cracks, scars and folds, and there should be no harmful defects in use.
(2) Allowable size deviation. The requirements for bending degree of rebar and geometry of steel bar are specified in the relevant standards.
2.Surface quality
Cracks, scarring and folding are not allowed on the surface of the steel bar.
Convex blocks are allowed on the surface of the steel bar, but shall not exceed the height of the transverse ribs. The depth and height of other defects on the steel bar surface shall not be greater than the permissible deviation of the size of the location
The nominal diameter range of the steel bar is 6 ~ 50mm, and the standard recommended nominal diameter of the steel bar is 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50mm.
2.Performance index: The inspection items to evaluate the mechanical properties of rebar include tensile test (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), bending test (primary bending and reverse bending).

Q: How about the MOQ? If my first order qty is small, will you accept?
A: We would like to do our best to support your trial order qty, so even 1 pc or 1 kg is ok to start cooperation; because we have confidence to move on second order with your esteemed company.
Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: Commonly two payment term for new customers: 1) 30% T/T as deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy; 2) 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight;If you need any other terms, pls feel free to contact us too, we will try our best.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Our daily inventory is more than 8000 tons, so for common product size, just need 5 days from stocks; if the special size from new production, delivery 7 days.
Q: How about the samples ? is it free or extra fees?
A: Yes, we would like to supply the samples before order; if the samples from stock, it will be free; if the samples from new production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
