Pharmacokinetics: Easy to absorb by mouth. Absorption slows down when taken with food and milk, but the absorption is still relatively complete. The blood concentration of the drug reached the peak value about 1~2 hours after the first dose, and reached the stable state in less than 1 day. Plasma protein binding rate is 99%(lower in the elderly). Gastrointestinal reactions are common, such as stomach pain or discomfort, bloating, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, diarrhea, constipation, etc. In severe cases, upper gastrointestinal ulcer, bleeding and perforation may occur. 2.
