Product Description
This high shear mixer granulator is very widely applied in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industry for granulating and mixing. It works in high efficiency. Normally works together with fluid bed dryer in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Features:
The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure, its structure is reasonable.
Air filled seal shaft for to drive. When washing the machine, it can be changed to water.
·The granule is closed to ball shape. Its fluidity is good. ·Compared to traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time is short.
·The dry mixing time is 2 minutes and the granulating time is 1-4 minutes. Compared to the traditional process, 4-5 times of efficiency is raised.
·Dry mixing, humid mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed container.
·It is in conformity with the requirements of GMP.
·The whole operation has strict safe and protective measures.
Principle
The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed at the bottom to become a humid soft material. Then it is cut by high-speed cutter and become uniform granules.Technical parameters of GHL-100:
1. Total volume of granulating tank: 100L
2. Working capacity: 20-50kg/batch
3. Stirring paddle: 80-120r.p.m
4. Power of stirring motor:4.5/7.5KW
5. Chopper speed:2900/min
