High Shear Static Mixer Silicone Sealant Channel Static Mixer

This static mixer is a kind of silicone sealant,adhesive and paste making equipment,it could synchronously extrudes and cross-dispersions the color paste and the base material according to their volume proportion to achieve the mixing effect. Version static mixers could be inline with sealant filling machine from starting a flow rate of 5-6 liters/minute, up to even 50 liters/minutes for filling in commercial 200 liters drums/barrels based on its products production capacity up to 2 T/H to achieve.

This chemical static mixer consists of static mixer pipes, hydropneumatic, control making system, measuring system, color paste auxiliary feeding system, auxiliary flow monitoring system, material circulation,ring system, frame and other parts. The static mixing machine is particularly suitable for the requirements of the silicone sealant industry,because it can realize automatic metering, automatic feeding, synchronous discharge.

The advanced liquid flow meter of static mixer machine could monitor to continuous automatically producing to ensure product stability to reduce labor and base material waste based on its high cost performance design.
