PENNSKIN Polyurethane series liquid membrane is a one-component, ambient temperature applied, elastic liquid coating based on premium compound of hydrophobic polyurethane resin, isocyanate and polyether polyol. It can cure into a strong and flexible film after liquid brushed on the substrate, specially designed for waterproofing application on roof, basement or other-non exposed water retaining project.
PENNSKIN polyurethane series includes single-component, double-component, water-based and UV stabilize types.

1. Suitable for hot and cold areas;

1. Substrate Preparation: The substrate needs to be strong and smooth, clean and dry. Fill the holes with cement mortar. The flaws such as honey comb should also be repaired. The external and internal corner are made to be arc.
Internal corner: D≥ 50mm
External corner: D≥ 10mm;
2. First coating: The first coat should be very thin, covering the substrate is enough, less than 0.5mm thickness;
3. Second & Third coating: Apply the second layer provided the first layer is cured. Coating direction is vertical to the first one and then the third layer's direction is the same as the first one;
4. Consumption: Recommend dosage: 1.65 kg/sqm, 1mm thickness, total thickness no less than 1.5mm;
