This equipment boasts a simple structure and delivers reliable performance. The entire palletizing process is fully automated, eliminating the need for manual intervention. It effectively replaces manual palletizing, significantly reducing production costs and streamlining management processes.


The Incline conveyor is specially designed for transporting products. It ensures the material inside the bag is flat, preparing it for the next shaping step while simultaneously acting as a cache for packing bags.
The bag is perfectly shaped and flattened by the square roller vibrating conveyor. This ensures a neat and secure stacking shape. Moreover, the shaping conveyor opens a certain distance between products, facilitating photoelectric detection and subsequent palletizing.


The bag is smoothly conveyed to the Roller Conveyor. Sensors on both sides detect the bag, halting the conveyor and signaling the palletizer to grab the bag, ensuring seamless integration and flow.
