A: We supply the packaging of CKD, SKD,CBU.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance against BL copy. or by L/C.


Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 days after receiving your advance payment.  
   The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample , but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the shipping cost.
    The charge will be returned to you when the mass order placed.

Q5. Do you accept OEM order?
Yes, we can customize products according to customers' drawings or samples.

Q6. Need I assemble parts of the electric bike when we get them? 
A: If with CKD and SKD pakcing, yes.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8: What's the warranty of your scooters? 
A:  we will provide some free easy-broken spare parts for customer's after-sale service. 

Q9. What's your available port of shipment?
We usually export through Ningbo port or Shanghai Port.
