Next, the board collector will use the blower and pulley above to transport the leather to the top plate position and align it. When the photoelectric switches on both sides detect the board, the mechanical arms on both sides will tighten the push to align the raw material board with the lower board. After alignment, there will be a push rod parallel to the suction port of the blower. When the board is aligned, the push rod will work to separate it from the blower and belt. After neat stacking, the board collector will automatically adjust the height of the stacking area for the stacking of the next layer of boards. When stacked to a certain thickness, the receiving machine will transport the neatly stacked boards to the processing area through chains, making it convenient for the next process.
