Main features:
The NJP 1200C-2 Automatic Capsule Filler and Closer is a middle to high
speed range encapsulation equipment for 2 piece hard gelatin capsules,
capable of processing up to 72,000 capsules per hour. The machine feeds
empty hard gelatin capsules, separates them, forms a powder slug and fills
it into the capsule body, and then closes and discharges them, resulting in
the completely automatic production.
Remarkable features are:
The NJP-1200C-2 processes the products for optimal productivity, featuring
low-maintenance operation, consistent cGMP-compliance designs, minimal
downtime, and overall dependable production. The machine is designed well
in compliance with cGMP standard. The material contact parts are made of
stainless steel SS 316 accordingly.
As the extreme precision was emphasized on machining and assembly of
all the driving parts and the system construction, silent operation and longer
life are guaranteed. Also various convenient and user-friendly design features
are employed so that users can dismantle all the necessary parts such as
capsule holders especially, clean them and carry out re-assembly easily.
Furthermore the good main turret design enables to minimize the filling
deviation and defects' variable frequency control drive is employed and
drive speed can be controlled from the control panel conveniently, while
manual drive wheel is also provided for convenience of maintenance and
check-up.
