Our machines are designed for easy installation; an installation video is also available. If needed, we'll arrange for a professional engineer to service them overseas if buyers bear the related cost.
2. How can problems be solved while using machines?
We have an experienced after-sales team that is ready to solve the problems of our buyers. Buyers describe the problems to us by email or telephone; sometimes we need you to supply the problem pictures and videos for our engineers for reference, we will try to discuss with buyers and try to get the most effective solution in shortest time. If necessary, we can arrange for the most professional engineer to go to the buyer's factory to solve problems as soon as possible.
4. Do you supply OEM services?
Yes. OEM service is available. Our designer will bring your private idea to life. We will protect your sales area, design ideas, and all private information that belongs to you.
