The small-medium magnetic sheet automatic magnetizing machine is a fully automated equipment for automatic magnetizing and unloading of square magnetic sheets made of neodymium ferromagnetic materials. It is used for feeding, fast magnetizing, and orderly unloading of medium-sized magnetic steel with a length of 18mm-40mm, a width of 10mm-18mm, and a thickness of 2mm-3mm. The equipment integrates vibration plate feeding, belt feeding, coil magnetizing, and cylinder pushing. It can effectively improve efficiency and reduce the labor cost and management cost of the enterprise.
MAIN FEATURES
Magnetization principle: The magnetic field is generated by discharging a specially designed coil through a pulse power supply.
Cooling principle: The high-efficiency compression refrigeration system cools the circulating water in the water tank to ensure that the magnetization fixture is fully cooled.
