Usage:
Suitable for cutting all kinds of high grade paper tubes,such fiber paper tube,OPP film paper tube,Tape paper tube etc.
Feature:
1.Adopt servo system fixation,high precision ball screw transmission,cutting resolution ratio up to 0.01mm.
2.Three work position control,one shaft is used to cut,other two shafts are used for material load and unload.It is much more efficient compared to cutting machine with one shaft.
3,PLC control,big and colorful touchscreen,man-machine interface operation
4.Operation automatically,Automatic detect and warn when error appears.
5.Suitable for tube cutting that has mass and short final cutting lengths or changing frequently in cutting lengths.
6.Speed of main shaft controlled by Inverter.
7.Cutter equipped with sensor,will move back once touch shaft.
8.Has large diameter mold fixed holder,fast turning by servo motor
