Work Process
1. Loading Bag - Load many pouches or bags in the bag storehouse, our main bag storehouse can move up and down, you can load bags easily when it moved down, and when it moved up, there are a mechanical arm with two vacuum caps will take the bag up and then transmit it to the mechanical gripper on the rotary table.
2. Date Printing (Options) - According to the actual production and packaging needs, different types of coding machines are configured to print the date and batch number on the packaging bag.
3. Opening Bag - While the suction cup opens the opening of the packaging bag, the packaging bag support plate is inserted into the opening of the packaging bag, ensure that the bag is completely opened.
4. Filling & Vibrating - According to different packaging materials, different feeders are configured at this station to complete the automatic or semi-automatic delivery of materials.
5. Bag straightening - Straighten the bag and check whether there are materials in the bag at the same time. If there is no material in the packaging bag, it will not be transferred into the vacuum chamber.
6. To vacuum chamber - The transfer manipulator between the two turntables transfers the packaging bags from the bag feeding turntable to the vacuum turntable. The packaging bag with the mouth of the packaging bag not opened or without materials added will not be passed into the vacuum chamber, and the packaging bag can be recycled and used again after it is dropped at this station.
7. Forming and product output
- The bag-feeding fully automatic packaging machine consists of two rotating bodies (filling system and vacuum system), and the vacuum system is a continuous rotating motion.
- Quickly change the packaging bag specifications, and the width of the automatic bag feeding device can be automatically adjusted in one go.
- Conforming to the hygiene standards of food processing machinery, the parts in contact with materials or packaging bags on the machine are processed using 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements to ensure the hygiene and safety of the food.
- It is easy to operate and adopts a high-end electrical control system, with a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation.
- Bags without cutting or sealing, without filling, can be recycled without wasting the bag.
- Sealing temperature monitoring function, if the heating element is damaged, it will automatically alarm on the touch screen.
- The sealing method adopts instantaneous heating and water cooling to achieve a smoother and more beautiful sealing.
- The vacuum chamber is made of aviation aluminum carved and milled in a computer processing center, ensuring sealing and durability.
