Product Description
High Speed bow type laying up machine
- It is applicable for 100% back twist movement to lay up from 2-5 cores of ABC aerial
cables control cable, cabtyre cable or power cable .
- HMI+PLC control system for pre-setting laying up pitch and speed synchronization with
the take up .
- The machine can use either dual wheel pulling capstan for meduim size cables or haul
off caterpillar for larger size power cable
- Main motor , pulling capstan (or caterpillar) ,taping and take up unit are independently
driven by AC mortors.
- Tension control done through magnetic powder automatic adjustable , the tension
control system is complete with automatic electrical compensation control in order to
keep the tension constant when going from full bobbin to empty bobbin .
- Optional yarn filler plate, design for a maximum of 24 pieces of filling bobbins .
