High-Speed Computer Automatic Rewinder (FHYB Series)

USE:

This machine is used to rewind and exhaust all kinds of roll materials like BOPP, PET, CPP and PVC. 
 
FEATURE: 
 
1. Imported PLC integrated control is used in electrical control system, human-machine communication is carried out by touch screen, Set and display working parameters according to the requirements from different products. 
 
2. Vector frequency-converting is adopted for winding and rewinding driving, automatic tension control is achieved through roll diameter calculated by PLC automatically. 
 
3. Non-shaft pneumatic unwinding and rewinding, the width can be adjustable via electric drive of lead screw. Wholly rotary oscillation to raise and drop, convenient to feed and discharge. 
 
4. Automatic stroboscope to observe printing images is equipped in the system. If there is any defects SAW by eyes, press the button of defects, the button will automatically go back to defect image. (automatic labeler is optional) 
 
5. Print quality on-line detecting system can be equipped with this machine to automatically detect the print quality. 
 
6. Air exhausting device for waste is adopted, Automatic correction for rewinding 
 
7. In the system, there are calculations of meter, roll diameter, automatic machine stop when lack of material etc. 
 
8. The system has perfect mechanic, electric and pneumatic design, also good safety protection.
