Q1:What are the payment terms?
A:We usually accept payment by T/T, Paypal or Western Union,STS(Secured Trading Services) in Made-in-China.
Q2:This is my first time to import,how can I trust your company and ensure to get goods if I order from you?
A:We are a certified member merchant of Made-in-China,and we support Secured Trading Services in Made-in-China.Only after you get the order,can we get the payment from your side.
Q3:Are you factory or trading company?
A:We are factory & trade integrated company. We have more than 10 years of experience in making OEM bikes for foreign customers.
Q4:What is your samples policy?
A:We can offer samples,but we will charge according to the actual situation.If you place a batch order next time,we can subsidize part of the sample cost.
Q5:What is your trade terms and payment term?
A:We support EXW,FOB,CIF and CFR.Payment term is 30% deposit by T/T before mass production,and balance before shipping.
Q6:Can you make the bikes according to our drawing?/Do you support customization?
A:Yes,we can.You need to send drawings to us in advance to confirm whether it is available.
