1.Working principle
When working, the ploughshare undergoes a circular motion, causing the material to be split into two directional streams by the ploughshare blade surface, forming a bidirectional material flow, and then crosses with the material diverted from the ploughshare on both sides to form convection. When the material passes through the high-speed flying knife, it is cut and scattered by the high-speed flying knife blades, achieving uniform mixing in a short period. This machine boasts high mixing precision, with no segregation occurring during mixing, particularly for materials prone to agglomeration, it can effectively disaggregate and disperse them.
