Preform feeding unit, it can hold different perform diameter and length, it has automatic preform bar lifting system. It is equipped with local control system.

Furnace, has two types of graphite furnae, one is graphite resistance furnace, one is graphite induction furnace. It can hold max.200mm diameter preform. It has electrical, water cooling, air control and inert air control system.The furnace power supply own high accuracy temperature control characteristic.

UV furnace adopts UV fusion curing furnace, it can get very high curing speed. The fiber coating system can use wet-dry-wet or wet-wet type, it adopts high quality coating die.

Automatic dual take-up, it can hold different take-up reel size, it can automatically change reel at high speed with high successful capturing rate. The reel can hold 200km,500km or 1000km.
We can make special design of drawing tower,this kind of drawing tower can be used to draw special fiber, such as polarization-maintain optical fiber, large diameter core optical fiber,metal-coated optical fiber, anti-radiation optical fiber, and also to manufacture quartz canaliculus,abnormity tube for photoelectrical parts.
