High Speed Pill Making Machine (YUJ)

 Main application:

This machine combines traditional Chinese medicine refining with rubbing-pill functions. It is specialized in making pills, such as watered pill, water-honeyed bolus, condensed pill and Tibetan medical etc. 

Operating principles:

Firstly, medical powder is well mixed with binding such as water, honey, decoction or liquid extract etc.Then, in the refining-drug bin on the left side of the equipment these medicinal materials will be refined and compounded into strip materials which are well-proportioned, same soft & hard and better consistency.Afterwards, they will be transmitted into the material bin on the right corner of pill making machine, and then they are extruded into slim strips. After medical strips are cut into granules, they will be rubber into pills in high speed.

Electronics Control:
Digital signals sent out by the photoelectric sensors are used to control speed synchronistically and precisely so as to solve stretch or pile up and make the electronics control more stable. This machine can be used for multi-functions and can freely process some hard-to-work materials such as high viscosity, loose, pellet etc.
