Machine Information:
It can recycle all kinds of thermoplastic materials into particles for LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PP, PS, PA, ABS, PC, PET, the processing capacity ranges from 50kgs to 500kgs/h.
Main features:
1. Disintegrating, granulating can be finished in one time
2. Basically don't damage the raw materials (below the melting point).
3. Lower electric consumption (150KH/Ton)
4. Wet materials could also be processed if the moisture content not exceeding 10%.
5. Cool start and continuous production without heating.
6. Powder separation and recycling.
