Usage:
This machine is mainly used for filling and capping for yogurt, milk, honey, tomato sauce, peanut butter, fruit jam, mayonnaise, chocolate spread, chili sauce, puree food, oil, etc.
Machine features:
1. Workflow: bottle feeding→filling→adding cap→screw capping→self adhesive labeling→ribbon printing (optional)→shrink sleeve labeling (optional)→inkjet printing (optional)→bottle collecting.
2. This machine use a mechanical arm to screw caps, equipped with automatic sliding device, to prevent damage to the cap.
3. Piston pump or rotor pump measuring, accurate measurement, easy to control.
4. Color touch screen display, PLC control system, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping.
