Advantages
This is a brand new winding machine. The biggest difference from all previous winding machines is the use of variable frequency control.
1. The panel is a 4 mm steel plate that is laser-cut and then bent, with better precision and strength.
2. The back side consists of a high-speed motor, a frequency converter, a sensor, a set of guide wheels, two sets of synchronous wheels, making it smaller in size, lighter in weight, easier to maintain, have less wearing parts, and produce less noise.
3. The position of the brake is more reasonable and safer. It is not affected by the size of the filament package. The resistance to opening and closing is small, and the strength of the operation is greatly reduced.
4. The change in the box compared with the previous is it separates the winding shaft and the reciprocating screw, and the noise will become smaller through the synchronous wheel transmission.
5. The wrench becomes easy to open and close due to the change in the weight distribution of the housing.
