Cement Silo

50-100T cement silos are commonly used in brick machine production lines: There are two types: split type and integral type:
(1)The split type is assembled with screws and sealing strips, which is convenient for transportation, saving transportation space and freight, but the cost is high and the installation period is long. However, the split type is generally used for foreign trade. (2) The integral welding type has low cost and short installation period, but it is not convenient for transportation (only
50T can be placed in a 40-foot high cabinet), and large-capacity ones generally do not have the conditions for welding and installation at the customer's location.

Batching Machine

PL series concrete batching machine is a front-end automatic batching equipment used in conjunction with a mixer. It can automatically complete the batching process of sand, stone, cement and other species according to the concrete ratio requirements designed by the user. The equipment is composed of a storage hopper, a weighing system, a feeding system, an electronic control system and other parts. The feeding methods include belt conveyors.

JS500 mixer
