B.GFN-100 Tube Filling &Sealing Machine

This machine is widely used in the factories, making cosmetic, toothpaste, food and chemical products. It is suitable for filling, sealing the tubes, and printing date on the tubes.
Auto tube feeding, vacuum dust cleaning, color marking, filling, material self-pulling and hot wind heating are all automatically. Sealing end is nice and there is control system for liquid position. With automatic material feeding, filling postioned, tube precise polishing, touch screen, it can be operated easily.

1) The main driving adopts full mechanical structure with stable running, low noise, and convenient operation and maintenance.
2) Equipped with automatic tube dropping box, automatic tube feeding, double-head filling, automatic color code aligning, automatic tube discharging
3) Hot air inner heating, hot air heating from tube inner wall, no damage to tube surface tissues, beautiful sealing, especially suitable for sealing full-plastic packaging tubes
4) Automatically adjusted filling volume, no filling in case of no tube, PLC control, electrical buttons operation
5) Equipped with organic glass dust cover
6) Irregular shape sealing(optional)
7) Wire drawing preventing or leakage preventing filling head(optional)
8) Storage barrel liquid level control and alarming system, automatic feeding(optional)
