Product Description
Rotary ring pallet wrapper is designed with orbital ring to carry film carriage rotates around pallet. Film carriage rotates in high speed and very smooth movement. This is ideal equipment for high speed production line.
The wrapping realize dust-proof, moisture-proof, less packaging cost, improve packing efficiency, and reduce product loss in transportation.

Machine frame
The frame is a gantry four-column square tube steel structure, the material is Q235.
The lifting part of the frame is equipped with a transmission bracket.
The rotary ring lifting unit is fixed on the frame of rotary arm by the slewing ring.
Film carriages
Install a height sensor on the film carriage to automatically detect the height of goods.
AC motor for film pre-stretch, power: 0.55kw.
The film carriage stretch ratio is 1:3.5 (250%), and the film feed speed is adjustable.
Film carriage servo mechanism
The feeding film dance arm of the film carriage rotating, and the proximity switch controls the start and stop of the film feed motor to achieve the follow-up of the film feed.
Film delivery speed analog control.
Automatic film feeding & cutting device
Start and stop wrapping from top of pallet.
When stretch wrapping finish, the film tail will be cut and film head is clamped automatically.
Film tail is released from the clamp and wrapped into pallet.
Film hot melt cutting: electrical heating wire to cut the film.
After film being cut, the hot sealer will seal the film tail automatically to ensure no film tail.
Control system
Siemens PLC control system, the wrapping layers, the wrapping cycles, and the top wrapping can be set on screen;
4-8 programs can be set in the PLC system for different packing options.
Spare I/O about 15 %.
Automatic film delivery, cut and welding unit with pneumatic control;
Photo eye will detect the height and length of the pallet automatically.;
Main reinforce wrap function for option;
Rotating ring must be positioning precisely, rotating ring speed inverter adjustable;
Rotating ring lift with belt for steady operation, anti-full device installed for safety;
Film head rotate with ring, analog control for flexible film delivery speed;
