Production process (Quality assurance) 1) Steel will be molded to the required dimensions as specified in EN818-2(or AS2321:2014). 2) The weld is produced using a resistance butt process and positioned in the center of the connected leg. Everything came off without a hitch. 3) Before heat treatment, all links are calibrated to ensure that the chain marks are qualified and the chain is safe to use. 4) All chains are subjected to intermediate frequency heat treatment, quenched above AC3 and tempered before leaving the factory
