All kinds of roller have advanced structure and reliable performance. Roller skin material is strictly selected and adopt high-quality special welded pipe with strict tolerance requirements. The shaft material is cold-drawn round steel, the pressing bearing seat is punched with high-quality steel plate, the sealing structure is PDC type, and three lines sealing device is better than the relevant national standards for dustproof and waterproof performance. After assembly, the roller has good strength, small radial run-out, less rotating resistance, light weight, low energy consumption and long service life, generally more than 30000 hours.
