A simple structure characterizes sintered metal mesh porous material, even mesh aperture distribution as ordinary metal woven mesh, but with high strength, good integrity, and stable and rigid mesh shape. Further, AEET can customize its pore size, permeability, and mechanical strength, which show excellent comprehensive performance.
Sintered mesh filter cartridges are cylindrical-shaped filter elements predominantly employed in cartridge filters. Sintered mesh filter cartridges utilize sintered wire mesh as the primary filter medium. Perforated metal or wedge wire tubes sometimes reinforce the sintered mesh filter cartridges for high-pressure and demanding working conditions.
Customized Materials: Stainless steel: Such as SS 316L, SS 304, etc. These are commonly employed in stainless steel models, featuring excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability.
Copper alloy: In some specific applications, copper alloy may be selected as the material for sintered metal mesh.

Customized End Fitting:
End fitting refers to the hardware on each side of the sintered mesh filter cartridges. We also term the end fitting used to connect the filter adaptor. Various end fittings are accessible, such as DOE, 220, 222, 226, threads (NPT, BSP, G, M, R), and flanges, depending on your filter and filter tube sheet.
