E-glass chopped strand brief introduction:
Chopped fiberglass was chopped from E-glass roving, fiberglass Chopped Strand used as reinforcement for thermoplastic P6/66,PP, PBT/PET, ABS/AS,PC etc. E-Glass Chopped Strand was treated by coupling agent and widely used in automotive industry, household products, valves, pump casing, anti-corrosion chemistry and exercise equipments.
Chopped fiberglass Specification:
1. Good strand integrity, low static, low fuzz, excellent mold flow ability.
2. Quick wet-out by resin, excellent technical & mechanical properties.
3. Compatible well with basic resins, no fiber out product surface, good surface quality.
Fiberglass chopped strands product specification:
CHOPPED FIBERGLASS STORGE:
The chopped glass fiber should be stored in a dry place,preferably at room temperature and 50-70% relative humidity.
CHOPPED FIBERGLASS PACKING:
1)paper-plastic bag each net weight 25KG,
2)Octabin each net weight 700-900kg,Big bag each net weight 500-900 kg.Packing 3)can be customized according to special requirements.
