1 Structural features:
This product is a patent product independently developed by our company. The cylinder and head of the equipment are made of carbon steel for anti-corrosion, the tube sheet is made of diffuse graphite, the heat exchange tube is made of modified phenolic resin profiled stone plastic tube, and the elastic sealing composite structure of our company is adopted between the tube and the tube sheet, with single tube sealing, reliable performance and convenient maintenance. Heat exchange tube models: P32 / P22, Zhong 37 / q25 φ 50/p36.

3, Product Description:
1. The equipment adopts our patented technology. The connection between tube and tube sheet is elastic seal. Under the action of temperature difference stress, the graphite tube is retractable, which effectively avoids the stress damage caused by the bonding structure of graphite tube and tube sheet under temperature difference stress;
2. The single tube of the equipment is replaceable, the parts are interchangeable, and the maintenance and cleaning are convenient
3. The values in the table are calculated according to the pitch diameter of P32 / 22 graphite tube;
4. The company designs and manufactures heat exchangers with an area of more than 450 square meters according to the requirements of interchangeability;
5. Type I is ordinary heat exchanger and type II is condenser with gas-liquid separator.
6. The equipment can be used as condenser, cooler, heater, falling film absorber, reboiler, etc.
