9. What is your delivery time?
   
   If goods are in stock, we can deliver within 15 days. For larger quantities, delivery may take 25-35 days.



10. How do you pack your products?
    
    Our standard packing is 20-25kg per carton, with 36 or 48 cartons per pallet. Customized packaging with logos is available upon request.



11. What are your payment terms?
    
    We accept T/T, L/C, and D/P for general orders, and Paypal or Western Union for small or sample orders.
