High Strength PU Tension Screen and Tensioned Polyurethane Screen
Polyurethane screens, similarly to rubber screens, are an alternative for metal screens. They are abrasion-resistant and lack of corrosion. Self-cleaning effect and cone-shaped mesh allows increased effectiveness and noise reduction make work more comfortable. They are specially recommended for "wet" work types.
Material Polyurethane elastomer Type-A and Type-B; hardness 45-95Sh, additional steel reinforcement. Mesh 0,25-160,0 mm (square or longitudinal, regular and passed system) Thickness 30-60 mm Dimensions Standard for internal modules 300 x 1000 mm, for external ones according to sorting machine's size.
Hole type: square, rectangular, round and other types are available.
Hole size: 2.5mm - 140mm.
