This product is used for the connection between ADSS cabel and the terminal tower, strain tower, splicing pole and poles in the construction of overhead ADSS cable lines. The Helical formed tension clamp can protect cables against vibration. With special design, the strain clamps would't generate the stress concertration which could damage ADSS cables so as to ensure the normal life of cable system.
Limited, Medium Tension Clamp for ADSS Fiber Optical Cables
It has been designed to securely but gently terminate ADSS aerial fiber Optical cables. A two component design consisting of appropriate size and length of Structure Reinforcing Rods and tension Component is required to transfer axial tensile loads and distribute radial compressible forces through the plastic jacket and onto the internal strength menber without damaging the fragile plastic jacket or internal optical fibers.
For use on:
spans between 100mm-200mm, line corner ≥ 25°, breaking strengh: 10kN. Installing Schematic Diagram as following:
