Steel plate thickness: 4.0mm, 5.0mm, 6.0mm, 8.0mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm.
NP550 bulletproof steel plate is a thin steel plate with high elasticity, high strength and high toughness developed on the basis of high hardness and hardness special protective steel. NP550 material can prevent bullet attacks. NP550 can make the whole vehicle less heavy after bulletproof transformation. Increase the cargo capacity to a certain level to reach the level of C-level protected cash transport vehicles.
Technical features:
(1) Use V, Ti or Nb micro-alloyed Cr-Ni-Mo series or Cr-Ni series medium carbon low alloy steel, and improve the purity and refine the grains through vacuum smelting, electroslag remelting and other refining to improve the quality of steel. Process properties such as toughness and formability are achieved through heat treatment to achieve high ballistic resistance.
(2) Using controlled rolling and controlled cooling, the size of the martensite lath bundles of the steel is refined from tens of microns to a few microns; ultra-fine grains are obtained, which greatly improves the strength and plasticity of the steel, thus improving the Ballistic resistance.
