High Stretch PBT Polyester Yarn

PBT fiber is a new type of high elastic polyester fiber, which is termed polybutylene two ester. The molecular chains of the fiber contains not only conjugates of phenyl and carboxyl groups, and has a much longer than conventional polyester - CH2 - chain segment structure, so it has characteristics of polyester, nylon and spandex three fiber. The anti ageing resistance and chemical stability are higher than that of nylon and spandex, the elasticity is close to spandex, elastic modulus, nylon similar. Clothing made from PBT fibers can be stretched and stretched along with the human body, with a soft and comfortable feeling. The dyeing property of PBT fiber is good, which can be dyed with disperse dyes, and the dyeing rate is higher than that of conventional polyester. At present the fiber is mainly used for all sports clothing, ski jacket, even pantyhose, ballet performance clothes, golf shirt and tufted carpet etc.
 
Now here market more used PBT DTY to be final women/children fabric and etc. Or make mixed/coated yarn for different requirement. Mainly is DTY 50D/24F Slight intermingled in water-jet machines, but the treads is to be more croase deniers like 75D and 100D.
