XG/C4 High Temp Heavy Load Roller Water Resistant Complex Calcium Sulfonate Lubricant Grease

Product Description:

Calcium sulfonate complex grease is manufactured from highly refined mineral oils with Calcium Sulfonate complex thickener, EP/AW additives, rust and corrosion inhibitors. It is multipurpose, high dropping point grease with good water resistance, mechanical stability and pump-ability.

2. Benefits:

Excellent extreme pressure properties to provide additional protection against seizing and galling and load-carrying ability for equipment protection under heavy and shock loading.

3.Application:

It's intended for (1) bearings in contact with water, for example textile and paper making machine that in touch with water for long time; (2) bearings of hot rolling and calender in steel mill; (3) bearings under high temperature, for example, Tensile excavator, hot air blower, heat-setting machine, high temperature vat etc; and (4) various industrial equipment like wheel hub bearing of vehicles, heavy load machines, and steering wheels of trailers etc.
