Product Description
Jumbo Jet Dyeing Machine is a High Temperature, high pressure , suitable for a wide range of knitted fabric from general knit fabrics to the latest elastic fabrics, such as cotton elastic fabric, polyester elastic fabric, thread viscose elastic fabric, nylon elastic fabric etc.
Technical Parameter
- Rapid dyeing system with low liquor ratio and high running speed
The fabric floats in the guide tube which full of dyeing liquor without contacting the inner walls of the tube. The fabric running speed is up to 650m/min without pilling. Specially designed corrugated board (W-type) of fabric store tank reduces the friction coefficient between the fabric and the inner walls, and reduces the water consumption, so the fabric is running smoothly in the tank, the liquor ratio can also be adjusted to 1:6-10 accordingly.
- No crease mark and rolling selvedge
The fabric extending device extends the fabric through impact. The fabric changes position frequently in dyeing liquor which can avoid the rolling selvedge and crease marks.
- Low tension, large flow-quantity
The low spray pressure and large flow-quantity nozzle can reduce the fabric tension, fuzzy and yarn sliding in dyeing process, so the fabric is running smoothly and has good dyeing quality.
