Application:
This series of electric furnaces are intermittent operation electric furnaces, which can be used for normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering, quenching and tempering and other heat treatment of metal parts such as carbon steel, alloy steel or high-speed steel. Or drop into the cracking atmosphere of organic liquid to achieve less oxidative heating.
Features:
1. The use of 0.6 ultra-light refractory bricks and ceramic fiber and other mixed linings greatly shortens the initial heating time and significantly saves energy by 20%-30%
2. The special furnace door and roller seal, plus the built-in electric heating wire in the furnace door, the furnace door is well sealed and the furnace temperature is uniform.
3. Double thermocouple control: one for testing furnace temperature and one for overheating protection.
4. The electric furnace is equipped with a chain protection device to prevent failures and accidents due to misoperation.
