Zhejiang Kaiao New Material Co., Ltd. is a private limited liability company specializing in the manufacture, distribution, and wholesale of various fabric products. We offer a wide range of options including single strands, G75, G150, G37 (B150, BC150, E225, E110, D450, D900), woven glass fiber strands, plain weave, twilled and satin weave fabric, as well as grid cloth. Our fabrics have a maximum width of 4.4 meters and a thickness ranging from 0.05mm to 1.2mm. We also provide heavy gram fabric options ranging from 24 grams/square meter to 2000 grams/square meter.
Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including 4.6 meter automatic warping machines, 3.4 meter air-jet looms, and 4.6 meter wide high-grade rapier looms, we are capable of producing fabrics suitable for PTFE, PVA, PU, and silica gel coating. Our main product offerings include membrane material base cloth, PTFE base cloth, PVA base cloth, PU base cloth, silica gel base cloth, and conveyer belt base cloth.
