Ceramic fiber blanket is high strength, needled insulating blanket that is made from spun aluminum silicate fiber bulk. The combination of long spun fibers and needling operation produce tough,resilient and strong blankets,which resist tearing both before and after heating. Ceramic fiber blanket is completely inorganic do not contain binder or lubricant and do not emit any fumes or smell during the first firing. It is available in a variety of temperature grades,densities,and sizes, blanket can be folded,compressed and encapsulated to produce modules.

Application scenario and industry of ceramic fiber blanket

1.Lining, insulation and repair for furnaces, kilns, ovens, boilers;
2.Insulation for power plant, turbine, thermal reactor, generator, and nuclear applications;
3.Expansion joint seal and insulation;
4.Wrapping and insulation for high temperature pipe or metal casting;

Ceramic fiber blanket is packed with woven bags or cartons with inner plastic bags. The normal size for cartons 460*460*620mm and 1 package for 1 roll blanket. The loading quantities for 1 container are as following:

20' container    260 woven bags or 225 cartons

40'HQ            600 woven bags or 525 cartons.
