There are different degrees silicone elbow hose, 45 degree silicone elbow, 90 degree silicone elbow.

Silicone Elbow Hose/Tube Manufacturing Way:
Silicone elbow tubing can be made by rubber compression molding and plastic / injection molding with different rubber or plastic materials, like silicone, liquid silicone or PP.
| 1. By compression molding | Tolerance is small, can achieve to ±0.05mm, and the production efficiency is high, while the mold tool cost is high compare to the extrusion mold. |
| 2. By extrusion molding | Tolerance is high, generally it is from ±0.5mm~ ±1mm, and production efficiency is low, but the mold tool cost is cheap than compression molding. |
