Magic tape is a small soft fiber with round hair (LOOP), and the other side is a harder hook with bristles (HOOK). The general clothes HOOK is on it. Products are widely used in clothing, shoes, hats, gloves, leather bags, sofas, cars and boats, cushions, aviation supplies, ponchos, curtains, toys, sleeping bags, sports equipment, audio equipment, medical equipment, tents, BMX sheaths, electronic wires, chargers, display appliances, etc.
We produce nylon 66 monofilaments for use in the hook side of the hook & loop tape fasteners that possess consistent physical properties, and result in streak-free products. The nylon 66 allows the use at higher temperatures.
A. The difference between PA6 and PA66
Further to the characteristics stated for the Polyamide 6, the Polyamide 6.6 allows the use at higher temperatures, without modifying the mechanical characteristics. It guarantees resilience and has a better dimensional stability than Polyamide 6.
